GOOD NEWS FOR FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS IN EUREKAThe California Association of Realtors ( www.car.org ) has started a mortgage protection program offering free mortgage protection for first time home buyers that qualify. The program is designed to provide peace of mind when purchasing a home should the buyer lose his/her job due to layoffs.
